Your smart home, in the car
Browse your Homey devices and flows and control them from the car’s dashboard, with no phone juggling while you drive. Virtually any device works, including lights, locks, blinds, climate, media, and even garage doors, fans and devices with modes.
One tap on the move
Your favourites are one tap while you drive: tap a tile to toggle a device or start a scene or flow, no extra step. Locks and garage doors ask for a quick confirmation, for safety. The full device list and detailed settings stay available when parked.
Favorites front and center
Build a personal Start dashboard with colour coded tiles for the devices and flows you use most: lights, locks, blinds, climate and media. This is your one tap view while driving.
Secure sign-in
Log in with your Homey account using a QR code and your phone. No passwords are ever typed into the car, and access tokens are stored encrypted on the device.
Homecoming mode
Optional: as you approach home, your chosen homecoming devices are one tap away, and you can have a Homey flow run automatically when you arrive or leave. Location is read on-device only, in the foreground, and never leaves the car. Off by default.
Seven languages
Available in Swedish, English, German, French, Spanish, Norwegian and Danish, following your car’s language automatically.

Smart Home Automotive is built for Homey Pro owners who drive a car with Google built-in (Android Automotive OS) and want quick, safe access to their smart home from the driver’s seat.
